Hello to all of our beloved furry friends and their families!

We have several exciting things to share. First thing is, we have changed the scheduling software we use. I know some of you (us too!) have been frustrated by the glitches in our old software. So we finally made the switch. But we need your help! The new system is fantastic, but we did lose some information in the change over. We need your help with this. Please fill out an updated client information form by CLICKING HERE. It’s a good idea to make sure all of your information in our system is up to date anyway, so we really appreciate you taking a few minutes to do this so we know we have the correct information for everyone.

Some new features are available now, such as online invoicing. We can send you a link to pay for your appointment right from your phone or computer! We are also able to text or email all of your upcoming appointments easily.

Pre-Booking 2023

The thing so many of you have been asking about and waiting for… 2023 Pre-Booking is now available! All you have to do is CLICK HERE and you can submit your requests now. I will do my very best to honor all requests, but we appreciate your flexibility if needed. You can also still request appointments one at a time (but I don’t recommend this if you want mobile service as the van books up fast). Just click the REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT button anywhere on our site as you always have.

Some staffing changes

On the forms, you may notice a few new things. One, there’s a new name listed on the form under “Groomer Preference”. Welcome Melissa to our grooming team! She will be in the shop and doing one mobile day a week. We’re so glad to have her. Next time you’re in and see her, feel free to introduce yourself and your pet and say hello! I already told her how amazing our clients are, so she’s excited to meet everyone.

You may notice a missing name as well, mine… Jamie. Unfortunately due to some medical issues, my doctors and myself (begrudgingly) have decided I am no longer physically able to groom. I am just heartbroken about this development and I will miss all my furry friends at their appointments. However, I will still be in the shop helping to check in/out, answering phones, making appointments, etc, so hopefully I will still be able to see everyone from time to time.
