Matted

Fee

If your dog is matted and it takes your groomer extra time to complete, there may be a matting fee added. $10-$50 depending on severity and extra time. 

Handling 

Fee

If your dog is difficult to manage or aggressive, you may be charged a handling fee for additional staff or time required. If your dog is too stressed or becomes dangerous, you will be called to pick your pet up and will be charged for any portion of the groom that was completed.

Dremeling

In addition to clipping nails, nails will be dremeled to smooth out sharp freshly cut nails.

Nail Color

Add color to your dogs nails with our non-toxic/pet safe nail color.

Teeth Brushing

Using a disposable toothbrush, your dogs teeth will be brushed with an enzymatic toothpaste to help with odor and plaque build up.

Shed-less Treatment

This includes an additional bath with products designed to lift more dead hair from the coat and will reduce shedding.

Medicated/Anti-Itch Shampoo

If your pet is prone to hot spots or just has generally dry and itchy skin, this option will help soothe and calm angry skin.

Hypoallergenic Shampoo

If your pets paw pads are dry, rough and cracking, try this double whammy of a paw pad softening soak followed by an organic, softening, safe-to-lick balm for added protection.

Detangling

$10

Tangled and matted dog policy: If it is possible to detangle your dogs coat, we will for and additional fee of $10/20 min of detangling. Please note that I will NOT demat your dog as it’s a painful process and sometimes cutting hair short is the only option that is kind to your furry family member. Dematting will cause your pup to be stressed by the process and not enjoy their spa day. It will grow back and I’m happy to share some brushing tips with you to keep your dog from becoming matted in the future.
