Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens. Sometimes appointments need to be cancelled and/or rescheduled. So here’s our policy on that:

In the event of the groomer needing to cancel an appointment due to illness, emergency or inclement weather, you will be notified as soon as possible and your appointment will be rescheduled at a time that is convenient for you.

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide the groomer 24 hours notice. Failure to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a $40 no-show fee if your appointment was for mobile service and $25 if your appointment was for scheduled for the shop.
